Marina Village Townhomes are located in the Mumsford Landing section of Ocean Pines, MD,  on Isle of Wight Bay.   The townhomes are close to the Ocean Pines Yacht Club, and next to the Pines Point Marina.  There are 83 townhomes in the development, in three styles reminiscent of the Victorian Queen Anne era popularized in America's seaside resorts during the 1800s.  

 

All townhomes boast a single-car garage, 3+ bedrooms, and 2-1/2 baths.  Constructed with 9' ceilings on the first floor, each home includes a master suite with spa bath, and a screened or enclosed porch abutting the deck at the rear of the home.  Some townhomes also offer gas fireplace(s).  

 

The townhomes are subject to the Marina Village Townhomes Homeowners Association, including quarterly assessments and covenants.  

 

The Homeowners Association is managed by OC Real Estate Management Inc., acting on behalf of the Marina Village Townhomes board and owners.
